So far, Kyla is the typical Golden. She is friendly, sweet, gentle and truly thrives when she is with her people. She is very well bred; her pedigree is loaded with exceptional field dogs that boast titles in other games as well. Her retrieving desire and bird drive is through the roof, but her overall dimeanor is more sensitive. This makes her very easy to work with, and does not require much pressure of heavy handed methods. She is a dog that just needs to be taught, encouraged and she is more than willing to try. At just 1 year of age, we are just getting into her development in terms of any type of advanced training. Kyle can mark well, and in the upland work has proven to be a true bird finder that does not shy away from thick cover, timber or any obstructions. Her water attitude is pure excitment. We are excited about her progress and have enjoyed watching her mature and grow.

Kyla is a great house dog and has a great off switch. Truly an ideal companion and capable of being sporty in any way!
